Welcome to XNET. By accessing or using our BDIX bypass proxy service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

1. Service Description

XNET provides a premium BDIX bypass proxy service that allows users in Bangladesh to convert their BDIX (Bangladesh Internet Exchange) speed into raw internet speed through our SOCKS5 proxy servers.

  • We provide SOCKS5 proxy credentials for connecting to our servers
  • Service speeds range from 20mbps to 100mbps depending on your selected plan
  • Service is provided on a subscription basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly)
  • FTP access to local servers is available as an optional add-on

2. User Eligibility & Account

To use XNET services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
  • Have a valid BDIX connection from a supported ISP in Bangladesh
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not share your proxy credentials with others

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Each proxy subscription is limited to one device connection at a time.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use XNET services for:

  • Any illegal activities under Bangladeshi or international law
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
  • Spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities
  • Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
  • Sharing proxy credentials with unauthorized users
  • Attempting to bypass our usage limitations or security measures
  • Reselling or redistributing our service without authorization

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Service Availability & Limitations

  • We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Actual speeds depend on your ISP's BDIX speed and network conditions
  • Server maintenance may temporarily affect service availability
  • We reserve the right to modify server locations and configurations
  • Proxy regeneration is subject to daily limits based on your plan

XNET is not responsible for speed issues caused by your ISP, local network configuration, or factors outside our control.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

  • All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you must manually renew before expiry
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
  • Account balance is non-transferable between users
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

XNET services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will meet your specific requirements
  • The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
  • Any specific speed will be achieved (depends on BDIX connection)

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XNET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
